Usable Technology - Paint both sides at once...
New technologies often need some time and a few failed tries before becoming easily, effortlessly usable - but this one seems like it's ready right out of the gate. Hammerite's Metalmaster Electrostatic Paint Gun paints both sides of a metal object at the same time, by using an electrode to make the object actually attract the paint particles like a magnet. No question about it, that's just plain easier than any other way to paint something. There are limitations, of course - the object does have to be metal, and you have to use special paint - but this one's a winner!

Theres seems to be a more pressing limitation; it cant paint both sides of a larger flat surface.
Excellent point, Ruairi - and I guess the product might lead a user to the false belief that the opposite side needs no attention at all, even the larger flat surfaces you mention. Definitely a usability snag, there!
Where can I buy the Hammerite electrostatic paint Gun in the UK and how much is it.
Val, I don't quite know myself where you can get this product or how much it'll cost ya, but hit the link in the blog post - that takes you to the manufacturer's product page, and some digging will probably yield a "where to buy" list!
